Energetika Slovensko, a.s. (E.SK) is an energy company established on 1 July 2025 through the merger of two stable Slovak energy suppliers with a century-long tradition — ZSE Energia, a.s. and Východoslovenská energetika, a.s.

The newly merged company, Energetika Slovensko, a.s. (E.SK), will continue to operate on the market under the well-established ZSE andVSE brandsCustomers can therefore continue to rely on the stability, reliability, and security of energy supply that these trusted brands represent. 

E.SK deals with electricity and gas sourcing from the producers and its sale to approximately 1.3 million customers across Slovakia – including households, businesses and organisations, as well as large and key customers.  

The Company's mission is to trade in electricity and gas throughout Slovakia and to provide related services on a long-term basis, reliably, at affordable prices, in an environmentally friendly manner and in accordance with the rules applicable in the European Union. In addition to electricity and gas supply and related services, we also offer new products and solutions which help our customers save money, improve safety of their property, their health and comfort.
